Die Geschäftsstelle der Gesundheitsregion plus von Landkreis und Stadt Aschaffenburg ist im vergangenen Mai gestartet und hat nun eine eigene Website! Gesundheitsregion plus Aschaffenburg ist eine der 60 geförderten Projektregionen des Bayerischen Staatsministeriums für Gesundheit und Pflege. Übergeordnetes Ziel ist es, sowohl die regionalen Beteiligten im Gesundheitssektor zu stärken als auch die Gesundheitsvorsorge für die Bevölkerung und dadurch die gesundheitsbezogene Lebensqualität zu verbessern. Sprich, durch die gezielte Vernetzung und Bündelung der Ressourcen soll die kommunale Gesundheitsprävention und Versorgung verbessert werden, zum Beispiel indem relevante Infos einfacher zugänglich gemacht werden. Beteiligt sind daran Krankenkassen, soziale Verbände und Vereine, Ärzteschaft, Pflegekräfte und Politik. Auf der neuen Website kann man sich ab sofort über aktuelle Entwicklungen des Konzepts sowie Inhalte, Ziele und mehr informieren. Darüber hinaus gibt es praktische Hinweise zu diversen Gesundheitsthemen unter „Aktuelles und Informationen“. Hier findet man beispielsweise Rufnummern von Apotheken-Notdienst, Hebammen-
Verzeichnis, Pflegeberatung oder Telefonseelsorge, aber auch Dokumente zu Themen wie Senioren und Barrierefreiheit zum Download. Natürlich kann man auf die Website auch bequem vom Smartphone oder Tablet zugreifen und dadurch jederzeit alles auch von unterwegs abrufen!
